How long does it take to have work done?

In most cases, we will book your car in for either a 4 hour or 8 hour slot. Yes the job can be done in less time and yes, we probably will take less than 4 hours but we aren't ones for rushing and getting as many customers through the door as possible. We want to provide a top quality service and can put our hands up to say that it doesn't always go to plan first time so we allow ourselves the time to do it properly and to a high standard.

Do you require a deposit?

At the time of booking we do require a deposit of 10-25%. The deposit secures your booking and goes towards the cost of buying in your materials. Deposits are non-refundable due to the costs of materials however we can move your booking at no extra cost with 72 hours notice. Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or we can arrange payment via debit/credit card. Unfortunately we don't accept cheques. 

Do I need to notify my insurance

Yes. Any tint, wrap or even decal on your vehicle is classed as a modification and should be declared with your insurance company. In the unfortunate event that you need to claim on your insurance, any modification that hasn't been declared could void your policy or your insurance may only pay to put the vehicle back to standard. Whilst we don't ask for proof, in some cases an insurer will not cover certain products.

Do you provide a warranty?

Depending on the product you choose, we will provide a warranty for that product. Warranties are based on the lifespan of the product that we use and can vary between 3 and 7 years generally. Warranties are based on the aftercare of the vehicle and a warranty can be void if there is evidence that the work hasn't been looked after properly. To help with this, we will provide aftercare information at collection.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured to provide all the services that we offer so you can be confident that your vehicle is in safe hands. To meet our insurance requirements, we will do a full check-in and check-out of every vehicle we work on and we ask you to be present during this process to sign off the checks and the work that is scheduled/done.

Can you install at our premises?

Absolutely, our insurance covers us to work from a clients' premises so we can come to you. For commercial customers we can also install outside of normal business hours to reduce the impact of taking vehicles off the road.

To take advantage of this option we will need to confirm that there is a safe, off-road location for us to work from.

Do I need to do anything before my appointment?

We ask everyone to clean their vehicle before it comes in, this allows us to inspect the vehicle before anything is done. The inside of the vehicle also needs to be clear of any items so that we can gain access to all areas of the vehicle. We may ask you to remove items on the day as we cannot be held responsible for anything left in the vehicle.
